Ian is a Chartered Town Planner with more than 25 years experience covering a wide range of professional areas including development (including large scale commercial, residential and leisure and retail developments), policy formulation and development, project development and evaluation and the programming and monitoring of environmental improvements projects requiring the briefing and co-ordination of multi disciplinary project teams.

Ian has substantial experience in the preparation and co-ordination of planning applications for significant development proposals in conjunction with Planning Authorities, Environmental Impact Assessments and the preparation of Planning Status Reports and Development Appraisals for private clients.
