Central Park is a mixed use development comprising offices, a hotel, residential units and site services. Central Park comprises a stand alone business park within the Sandyford business area.
The first phase of development comprised some 145,500 sq. m. of primarily office uses. A second phase of development provided for construction of in excess of 500 no. apartments within the business park. In total, planning permission was granted for in excess of 180,000 sq m of office, residential and ancillary commercial development at Central Park.
The planning inputs were from the inception of the project through to the preparation and lodgement of planning applications and Environmental Impact Statements; coordination of the Further Information responses, and the coordination of the planning appeals.
