IMG Planning Limited are planning consultants for a major development project on underused operational railway lands to the east of Connolly Station in Dublin City Centre for which a planning application was made in June 2011.
The project involves the redevelopment of the site to provide 81,500 sq. m. of mixed commercial, residential community and leisure uses comprising 50,200 sq. m. of office accommodation; 106 apartments; a hotel; retail and restaurants and a crèche.
The development will create a new employment and residential quarter within Dublin City Centre adjacent to the Docklands area around a new street in buildings ranging in height between two and seven storeys that incorporate existing historic structures.
