Temple Road

Temple Road, Dartry, Dublin 6W

Planning permission was sought for the construction of six detached houses adjacent to and to the rear of period house in an established residential area.

The site is particularly sensitive in that it surrounds a historic building and there were protected animal species living on the site.

Although granted planning permission by Dublin City Council, the proposal was appealed to An Bord Pleanala who refused permission in May 2010

The planning inputs were from the inception of the project through to the preparation and lodgement of the planning application and the coordination and lodgement of the planning appeal and response to Third Party Appeals.
